Research & Discovery
Every project begins with a thorough discovery phase. This is where we get to know each other and establish a clear foundation for the work ahead.
I’ll ask detailed questions about how you live, how you use your space, what’s working, and what isn’t. We’ll talk through priorities, pain points, inspiration, and long-term goals.
This phase allows me to fully understand not just what you want your home to look like, but how it needs to function on a daily basis.
This clarity is what informs every design decision that follows.
Design & Development
Following an initial site visit and full measurement of the space, I develop a comprehensive design tailored to your lifestyle and needs.
This phase includes space planning, 3D renderings, finish and product selections, and budget alignment. Every element is considered together—layout, materials, lighting, and functionality—so the design is cohesive and realistic to execute.
The goal is to solve problems, eliminate guesswork, and give you a clear vision of the final result before anything is built.
Procurement & Documentation
Once the design is approved, I handle the sourcing and ordering of all specified items with close attention to detail.
From lighting and plumbing fixtures to finishes, hardware, and custom elements, I manage purchasing, tracking, and coordination. I also prepare detailed drawings and documentation to support accurate pricing and construction bids.
This phase ensures that everything is accounted for before work begins, reducing delays and surprises during construction.
Installation & Project Coordination
This is where the planning pays off.
I coordinate closely with contractors and trades to manage the execution of the design, from construction through final installation. My role is to oversee details, answer questions, and keep the project moving according to plan.
